Worker Drug Use and Workplace Policies and Programs: Results from the 1994 and 1997 National Household Survey on Drug Abuse |
Table 2.1 provides the distribution of current illicit drug use and current heavy alcohol use among full-time workers in 1994 and in 1997 by age, gender, race/ethnicity, education, region and personal income. Table 2.2 reports the estimated total number of full-time workers reporting current illicit drug use and heavy alcohol use and the percentages by demographic characteristics. For reference, the distributions and estimated numbers for the total population are also reported in both tables.
