Table 1.3 shows a breakdown of the illicit drugs that full-time workers, age 18-49, reported using in the past month. Information is provided for all full-time workers of this age range, as well as for those who reported any kind of current illicit drug use. In 1997, marijuana was the most commonly used illicit drug, followed by psychotherapeutics and cocaine and hallucinogens.
