This figure is a map and legend of the Gulf State Disaster Area including the counties and parishes in Alabama, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas that were declared by FEMA as eligible for Individual Assistance and/or Public Assistance following Hurricane Katrina and/or Hurricane Rita, with the exception of counties or parishes that were declared by FEMA as eligible only for Public Assistance (Categories A or B).
