It is expressed as the sum of q 1 and q 2 minus q 3. q 1 is the variance of the logarithm of Theta 1 hat, q 2 is the variance of the logarithm of Theta 2 hat, and q 3 is 2 times the covariance between the logarithm of Theta 1 hat and the logarithm of Theta 2 hat.
