Figure 2.11 is a bar chart indicating the percentages of youths aged 12 to 17 who perceived great risk of substance use. The chart indicates that 37.2 percent of youths perceived great risk from using marijuana once a month, 56.5 percent from using marijuana 1 or 2 times a week, 60.7 percent from smoking one or more packs of cigarettes a day, 63.6 percent from having four or five alcoholic drinks nearly every day, and 42.0 percent from having five or more alcoholic drinks one or two times per week.
